Software engineering since 2016

We build the software your business runs on.

Custom systems engineered for production — with AI applied where it does real work, not where it looks good in a deck.

Ten years. 240 projects. Six countries.

Most software fails quietly. It works in the demo, then buckles the first time real volume hits it.

We build the other kind — systems that run for years, under load, in production. We have been doing it since 2016, and we are still running most of what we shipped.

How we work

Four stages, no surprises.

The same sequence on every engagement, whether it is a six-week build or a multi-year platform.
  1. 01

    Scope

We map the process the software has to support and agree what the first release must do. We also write down what it deliberately will not do, because that is the part most projects skip and later argue about.

  2. 02

    Architect

Data model, service boundaries and the decisions that are expensive to reverse. You see these before anyone writes application code, in language you can actually evaluate.

  3. 03

    Build

Two-week iterations against a working staging environment. You review running software rather than progress reports, and change direction while changing direction is still cheap.

  4. 04

    Operate

Monitoring, alerting and a tested restore before launch rather than after the first incident. Most of our client relationships continue for years past the first release.

Verified reviews

Rated 4.4 out of 5 on Clutch.

Clutch verifies every review by contacting the client directly, which is why we point at it rather than reprinting quotes on our own site.
4.4/ 5

Based on 4 verified reviews on Clutch. Clients cite responsiveness, value for cost, and a working relationship that holds up under pressure.

Founders

Ten years, the same two people.

Bazil and Haider have worked together for more than a decade — longer than Devinity has existed. It started as the two of them and is now a team of over 100 across engineering, design, quality assurance and delivery. They are still the two people accountable for what ships.
Bazil Rana, Chief Executive Officer at Devinity Solutions

Bazil Rana

Chief Executive Officer

Bazil leads Devinity's commercial direction and is in the room for scoping on every engagement. If you are deciding whether to build something, he is the one who will tell you when the answer is no.
